Happy Wednesday! We are all settled in to our new apartment and just gearing up to start decorating once we both finish this semester of school. Both Matt and I’s personal/family lives have been crazy plus its almost finals weeks so a lot of things are taking a backseat right now. Once we do start decorating though I will probably end up sharing it on Instastories or here on the blog. Keep scrolling to find out the 4 Pieces for your Spring wardrobe.
Happy Wednesday! April has been kicking my butt with school coming to an end for the semester, family stuff, and we are moving into a new apartment tomorrow. I am actually really excited for the move because it will be the first time Matt and I will have a place for just us. I have been looking at pinterest for ideas on decorating and I am excited for it to all come together. I have even started a Home Purchased under the Shop tab so if you are wondering what I have been buying just click there. I also wanted to know if you would be interested in me sharing our new apartment here on the blog. I have never talked about decor a lot so I just wanted to check with y’all. Let me know please!
Happy Wednesday! Festival season is now upon us and while I am not heading to Coachella I will be going to HangOut Fest at the end of May. This is actually going to be my first festival and I am so excited to get some beach time in and some great music. I am starting to think about getting ready for it and I know a lot of you may be heading to different festivals in the next few months. So I thought today I would share how i’m prepping for festival season. Besides the obvious shopping for the best outfits and swimsuits I am getting other things together.
Happy Monday! Today’s olive and pink look is definitely out of my comfort zone. I tend to stick to mostly neutral colors and I don’t mix colors too much. I guess it’s the Spring weather we have been having that is pushing me away from the dark colors I lean towards. I really wanted to bring out the more feminine side of this olive top since it has the cutest bell sleeves, so a pink skirt was the perfect addition! I really love the button up and tie waist detail of this skirt. Since it is so lightweight I will be wearing it all Summer long. Keep scrolling for the rest of the look and a giveaway!
Happy Wednesday! Today’s post is going to be a quick one. I’ll admit that yellow or mustard is a color that I typically stay away from. It is a tricky color to pull off but I have seen it everywhere lately. So I am finally willing to give it a chance and right now there are so many cute pieces out there. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite mustard pieces for spring and they are all under $100. You don’t have to spend a lot to try out this trend and that way you aren’t out a lot of money if you don’t end up loving it. I also tried to include a variety of pieces in case you just wanted to try out this trend by incorporating it into your accessories or if you wanted to go all out and try a maxi romper. My favorites, that I will probably pick up soon, are the tassel romper and the espadrilles. They are also both under $20!
Happy Monday! We are starting out the week with a new series all about my beauty brands and my favorite products. I know I tend to focus a lot of fashion but I have always had beauty posts scattered here and there. I wanted to talk more about beauty products because sometimes I get more excited about them then I do any fashion pieces. It’s not always easy to know what’s good or what works for certain skin tones or textures. So I hope this series helps some of your out and provides some answers for products you are curious about.
